Modesty Project: Fashion Show Frenzy

I have been able to work with the Activity Day girls this past year and they are so much fun! We have done a lot of great activities while passing things off thanks to the wonderful creativity of the Activity Day leader Summer Lofgran. Here are a few photos from our last activity before the summer break. It was our Modesty Project: Fashion Show Frenzy for each of the girls and a special woman in their life. It think the biggest hit was the chocolate fountain. One of the girls said, "You are so lucky you can have the chocolate fountain running at your house all the time and just hold your mouth under the chocolate all day long!" LOL That does sound pretty nice...why didn't I think of that?! ;) The girls were so creative in their fashion designs, and all the women were such good sports about walking down the runway. We all had a lot of fun!

Elsie, Jeanna and Grace Wassmer. Their design label was "Runway" and they had some of the best moves down the runway!

JeaNayha and Kayla Gruell. They said their design was best worn at the circus with Kayla's hula skirt worn on her head as hair!

Sadie and Summer Lofgran. Sadie made the cutest cat and they could wear their design to the circus!

Kaylyn, Dorothy and Marianece Nuttall. They strutted some very fashionable outfits that they said were best worn at the prom!

Aspen and Stacey Thomas. They were very creative with newspaper and garbage sacks as their design was inspired by the landfill. They fanned their landfill smell down the runway!

Lexi and Colette Sanders. Theirs awesome outfits were to be worn while watching Napoleon Dynamite and Nacho Lebre!

Pattie and Atlee Sanders. They showed us all their dance moves as they modeled their dancing design!

Brionna and Christy Petrich. They showed off their unique Thai style clothing!

All the girls together. We were sad that Cierra Sessions was not able to join us for the activity.

Nacho bar, chocolate fountain and lemonade...so delicious!
